Woodwinds of Kirksville

Woodwinds of Kirksville is a beautiful community of 124 units, consisting of duplexes, townhomes and condominiums. We are located in Adair County, in northeast Missouri. There is a mix of owner-occupied and tenant-occupied units. No lease is allowed for any unit for a term of less than 30 days.

The community boasts a private pool. Picnic tables and grills are available in the private and plentiful open space. There is assigned parking in carports and abundant parking in front of the buildings. Each unit has an assigned storage area.

If you are the outdoors type, check out Kirksville's public pool, local baseball and softball leagues, or the Thousand Hills State Park for your boating, hiking and fishing needs.

The exterior maintenance of the buildings, lawn service, snow removal, trash, electricity in the common areas, insurance for the buildings and the community amenities, are all governed by a homeowners association. The current fee paid by owners is $220 per month, billed quarterly. The official name of the home owners association is Woodwinds of Kirksville Condominium Association.

We have no age restrictions. Residents are limited to one pet; either one dog under 40 pounds or one cat.
